Lenten Devotionals - Mark 3:13-35

Passage

Oof. Long passage tonight. The disciples finish being called, and then there's too big of a crowd for Jesus, and people think he is Satan and want to come after him. Which I guess kind of goes with last night, that people might not believe that Jesus was God.

But, I guess Jesus talks them off the shelf? That's never really resolved; Jesus says he can't be Satan, because Satan can't send demons out of people. Which is a little confusing, because a kingdom can't work against itself, but can't Satan be conniving? Pretend? Be sneaky? Apparently not. It just seems unlikely. Maybe I will get it more tomorrow morning.

Anyway. Then we go to the family of God. If I do the will of God, I'm a child of God. Which, kind of basic, already knew.

Maybe I'm just not in the mood to blog tonight. On to tomorrow!
